1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Sepak88. This document contains the terms and conditions ("Terms") governing the use of the online betting platform Sepak88 accessible via sepak88.ws and all associated subdomains.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any of the services provided by Sepak88, you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with registration or use of the platform.

2. Member Eligibility

- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
- Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person or company.
Warning: Sepak88 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all remaining balances will be refunded after deduction of any applicable costs.
3. Registration and Account Management
Account registration at Sepak88 is free and no fees are charged. Each individual are only permitted to hold one (1) account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your MyKad, an active Malaysian phone number and a valid email address. False or inaccurate information may result in account closure.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your account password confidential. Do not share it with anyone, including family members.
- All activity occurring in your account, whether with or without your knowledge.
- Notify Sepak88 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Ensuring your profile information is always up to date and accurate.
Account Security: Sepak88 recommends using a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
4. Deposits and Payment Methods
All deposits at Sepak88 processed in MYR only. The minimum deposit is RM 10 while the maximum deposit depends on the chosen payment method.

Deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Sepak88 reserves the right to decline or freeze deposits found to originate from unauthorized or third-party sources.
Sepak88 does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges in accordance with their policies, which are beyond our platform's control.
5. Fund Withdrawals
Withdrawals at Sepak88 processed within 1 to 24 business hours depending on the chosen method and any applicable verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30.
Withdrawal conditions that must be met:
- The withdrawal method must match the most recently used deposit method for security control purposes.
- All identity verification (KYC) requirements must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
- Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
- Withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 may require additional processing time for verification purposes.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions Sepak88:
- The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
- The standard wagering requirement is 10x to 30x bonus amount depends on the type of promotion.
- Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period. Any unused bonus will expire automatically once the period lapses.
- Wagers placed using bonus funds on games with an RTP exceeding 97% may not count towards wagering requirement calculations.
- Sepak88 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings arising from promotional abuse or exploitation.
Reminder: Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts, player collusion, or wagering strategies designed to meet bonus requirements without genuine risk — will be closed and all associated funds may be forfeited.
7. General Sports Betting Rules
All sports bets at Sepak88 — including pre-match betting, in-play betting and parlay betting — are subject to the following rules:
- Confirmed and accepted bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the member.
- If a match is postponed or abandoned before 90 minutes of play (for football), bets will be settled at odds of 1.00 unless otherwise stated in the relevant sport's rules.
- Official results issued by recognized sports bodies are used as the basis for settling bets.
- Any obvious error in odds entitles Sepak88 to cancel the related bet.
- Maximum bet limits are set according to sport type, market, and match stage.
For Malaysian Super League and EPL football betting, additional wagering conditions may apply, particularly during cup seasons or playoff matches. Sepak88 will notify members of any rule changes via the website and platform notifications.
8. Live Casino, Slots and Virtual Games
All live casino games, slots and virtual sports at Sepak88 uses independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure complete fairness and randomness.
Specific terms applicable to the casino and slots section:
- Winnings from progressive jackpot slots will be verified before being credited to your account. Verification may take up to 48 hours for jackpots exceeding RM 50,000.
- Technical interruptions or disconnections during live casino games are not the responsibility of Sepak88 if it is caused by the member's internet connection issues.
- Server logs Sepak88 is final in resolving any game-related disputes.
- The use of bots, automated software, or any third-party tools for gameplay is strictly prohibited.
9. Prohibitions & Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on the platform Sepak88. Any violation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Identity Fraud: Registering or using an account on behalf of another person.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or Sports Betting.
- Exploitation of Vulnerabilities: Exploiting any bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Threats & Harassment: Threatening, insulting, or harassing customer support staff or other members.

10. Sepak88's Limitation of Liability
Sepak88 will not be liable for:
- Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member themselves.
- Service disruptions caused by third parties, including internet service providers, game providers, or financial institutions.
- Data corruption or loss of information occurring beyond the platform's control.
- Actions by authorities resulting in the restriction or suspension of services.
Maximum liability Sepak88 to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Account Closure and Suspension
Sepak88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if:
- A member breaches any provision of these Terms.
- There are indications of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Information provided during registration is found to be false or inaccurate.
- Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
Members may also request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the customer support team Sepak88. Valid balances (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned within 5–7 business days.
For responsible gaming, you may request a temporary account suspension (cooling-off period) of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 months via your account settings or by contacting customer support.
